Conditional Build Tags are tags that you can assign to certain content in your Online Manual that you don’t want to appear in your output when you publish your Online Manual.
You may want to assign a Conditional Build Tag to specific content, for example, if you are creating an Online Manual for your fellow students who are beginners at using RoboHelp, and one for students who are intermediate RoboHelp users. If you are creating content for beginner RoboHelp users, you may not want them to have access to information about how to use RoboHelp on an intermediate level because they are not on that level yet. You may want to reserve more advance instructions for your intermediate level users. In this case, you would assign a Conditional Build Tag to the content that you don’t want your beginner users to have access to.
