I am working at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs Innovations at Naperville, Illinois, USA. I am a technical Lead Project Manager of Messaging division.
I had been a technical lead engineer of network/system planning and architecturer for network management, operations, and provisioning at Lucent Worldwide Service Unit: Technical Support Service group: NetworkCare Knowledge Center NAR. eBusiness platforms of switching report and Trouble Management System had been built. I was a member of Lucent NKC franchise architecture team for worldwide. I was a committee of TSS one ticket solution transition process. I am also an adjunct faculty member, Department of Computer Science, IIT. I am a general counselor for Korean students of IIT Center for Professional Development special IT certificate program.

I was a graduate student(Ph.D) of Professor Graham Campbell at the Computer Science Department. I am an instructor of CS 455 Data Communications and I was an instructor of graduate course, CS 542-071 The Principle of Computer Networks. I was a research assistant for simulation of Quantum Flow Control(QFC) in ATM switching system before I received my Ph.D degree.
