Google form
I formerly had a form that allowed website visitors to type in their name, email address, and comments; after hitting "send" it would open their email managing program (Thunderbird, Outlook, Yahoo mail...). I decided that this was rather clunky... and since I have some experience with making Google forms for IIT AIChE I'm going to go ahead and do that here too!
