Objectives:

1. The students will learn how to set up their computer stations

2. The students will learn to position their bodies correctly while typing

3. The students will learn how to type for accuracy and speed using the Home Row Keys as the guide for positioning the fingers

Activities:

1. The students will use the Keyboarding Book to learn how to correctly set up their computer stations.

2. The students will use the Keyboarding Book to learn how to position their bodies and their fingers while typing.

3. The students will type for accuracy and speed while using the Keyboarding Book.

4. The students will use the internet to type for accuracy and speed.

Assessments:

The students will complete the activities with at least 80% accuracy.

High Energy Physics Component:

Create a crossroad puzzle on the internet involving Keyboarding Terms
