Amy Lee Segami as an engineer, executive, and Entrepreneur, is a motivational speaker and an innovation consultant, providing strategic planning, executive coaching, and leadership development.Her consulting firm helps the organization to improve their team performance.
Using water as canvas, her paintings have won numerous awards, and are included in museum permanent collections. She has been featured by Crain’s, NPR and BBC.
Known as a Mandarin Leader, she has received many honors and awards for her extraordinary ability to bring art and science together. A Chinese-born American living in Chicago, she earned two mechanical engineering degrees from Illinois Tech.
