Position Openings
● Ph.D. Student opening with Research Assistantship support
There is an opening for a highly qualified Ph.D. student who will work in the area of experimental solid mechanics with emphasis on high-strain-rate mechanical response and constitutive modeling of materials. A Master of Science or equivalent degree in physics or engineering in a related discipline is required. Background in experimental solid mechanics is desirable but not required.
The duration of financial support is initially for one year, and will be extended on performance basis through research assistantship up to 4 years. Financial support includes full tuition and a monthly salary.

You will eventually be required to submit , TOEFL (for non-US citizens) and GRE scores, and the names & contact information of at least 3 references to (preferably by email):
